Built an insurance platform for international students after living the gap myself. Partnered with major Canadian insurers.

Head of Partnerships. Built the GTM engine, partner ecosystem, and events strategy from zero. 30% MQL growth, 100% KPI.

How I'm growing now.
I love the work I'm doing at Element CPA: the team, the pace, the impact. Alongside it, I'm building Pairled, the tool I always needed for partnership decisions. I'm also part of the Claude Partner Network, exploring how AI can sharpen the way partnerships teams operate. I keep stretching into ecosystem design, channel strategy, and the operating models that make alliances actually deliver revenue. If you're building something like that, I'd love to trade notes.
